What to Do
- Lay the dollar bill flat on the table in front of you. Fold it in half so you have a rectangle that is half as long as the original bill. Crease the fold.
- Turn the rectangle so that one of the short sides is nearest to you. Now take the top corners and bring them down to meet the bottom corners, creating a smaller, horizontal rectangle. Crease the fold carefully.

- Now fold up one side of the extra paper at the bottom edge to create a narrow brim. Turn the hat over, and repeat this process on the other side. Crease both of these folds.
